How to Create a Kaltura Playlist

Kaltura playlists can be created and then embedded in a page, assignment, discussion, or quiz. This is a Kaltura playlist with three videos (It works, so try it out!).

Create a Kaltura Playlist

1. Click MEDIA GALLERY on the left course navigation menu.

2. If you want to import videos from another course, click CLICK HERE > Select the videos > Click IMPORT.

3. Click CHANNEL ACTIONS in the upper right. Select CREATE CHANNEL PLAYLIST from the drop-down menu.

4. Give the playlist a TITLE, DESCRIPTION (optional), and TAGS (optional). Click ADD.

5. Click ADD TO PLAYLIST.

6. Click the Plus icon to add a video. Add as many videos as you want. Click DONE.

7. Click SAVE in the upper right corner. Yay! You created a Kaltura playlist. Now you have to share the playlist in a Canvas item (page, discussion, assignment, or quiz).
